Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

• 2+ years of SEO management experience

• Experience with Google Search Console, MOZ, SEMrush and similar SEO competitive research tools

• Experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development

•Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics

• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based strategy and recommendations

• Ability to drive strategic initiatives from ideation to planning, execution and follow up

• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

• Good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

•As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall strategy and day to day operations for Search Engine Optimization

• This includes but not limited to market research, web analytics, content strategy, keyword strategy, and link building

• Additionally, this roll will continue to be responsible for reputation management through customer reviews, google business pages, etc

• Plan, develop, and implement overarching SEO strategies and best practices across ASC’s portfolio of brands

• Drive thought leadership and vision to scale organic search revenue

• Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization through effective on-page and off-page initiatives

• Ensure web properties have been technically optimized for keyword targets and page experience

• Regularly perform thorough keywords research

• Monitor KPIs and report performance regularly

• Drive process and reporting improvements through collaboration with leadership, marketing team, web developers and other cross-functional teams

• Pinpoint deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner

• Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices

• Collaborate with Customer Support on reputation management such as Customer Reviews and management of Google Business pages
